Alibaba is proposing to buy all of the shares it doesnt already own in Youku Tudou for $26.60 a share in cash. Shares in Youku Tudou closed on Thursday at $20.43.阿里巴巴明确提出，将以每股26.60美元现金售予优酷土豆其余股份。优酷土豆股价周四收于每股20.43美元。
